Thank you for your ongoing understanding as we continue through these unprecedented times. Our practice is now closed as instructed by the NHS – as a result we will be operating a restricted advice service only.
What if I have an appointment coming up?
Unfortunately, we are having to delay all routine and non-urgent treatments. We will communicate with you when we are able to offer dental appointments. This will be done via email or text messages. If you do not currently receive email or text messages from us then please email us with your updated information on email@example.com giving us your full name, post code and date of birth.
What if I need emergency dental treatment?
Please call us on 01375 852044. As per government guidelines, we are only able to give telephone advice and therefore, your call will be diverted to a member of our team who will provide assistance. This service is available during our normal surgery hours. Outside our working hours please call NHS 111.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of a coronavirus (high temperature or persistent cough), living with a family member who has these symptoms, are over the age of 70, or fall into the category of the more vulnerable or at-risk group, please do NOT leave your house and use the online 111 services for further guidance. The NHS team will triage and assess your options for a referral to a designated dental practice, which is accepting any Coronavirus urgent dental care cases.
